- 12-16 cooked Crystal Bay Tiger Prawns, peeled
- 250g cooked smoked chicken breast from deli
- 150ml Greek yogurt
- 1 head raw broccoli, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Rocket to garnish
Mix the broccoli, mustard and yogurt together. Season to taste.
Slice the chicken breast.
Place the broccoli mix on a plate and top with the chicken, prawns and rocket.
