• 12-16 cooked Crystal Bay Tiger Prawns, peeled
  • 250g cooked smoked chicken breast from deli
  • 150ml Greek yogurt
  • 1 head raw broccoli, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Rocket to garnish

Mix the broccoli, mustard and yogurt together. Season to taste.

Slice the chicken breast.

Place the broccoli mix on a plate and top with the chicken, prawns and rocket.
