Grease and heat a frying pan with oil.
Add the garlic, onions and capsicums and cook until soft and browned. Add prawns and taco spice and allow to warm through.
Remove from the heat and add the lime juice.
Season with salt and pepper and garnish with coriander.
Wrap heated ingredients in the tortillas and add sour cream, guacamole and salsa.
Serve with crunchy salad or lettuce leaves.
