• 18-24 cooked Crystal Bay Prawns®, peeled
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 3 limes, juiced
  • 1 bunch of coriander, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 cup tomato ketchup
  • Salad leaves

 

Method

Place onion, garlic, lime juice, salt, pepper, hot sauce and ketchup in a bowl.

Add the prawns and mix well.

Add chopped coriander.

Serve on a bed of salad.
