12-16 cooked Crystal Bay Tiger Prawns, peeled 250g cooked smoked chicken breast from deli 150ml Greek yogurt 1 head raw broccoli, finely chopped 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard Rocket to garnish Method Mix the broccoli, mustard and yogurt together. Season to taste. Slice the chicken breast. Place the broccoli mix on a plate and top with the chicken, prawns and rocket. Serves 4
