18-24 cooked Crystal Bay Prawns®, peeled 1 garlic clove, finely chopped 1 red onion, finely chopped 3 limes, juiced 1 bunch of coriander, finely chopped Salt and pepper to taste 1 teaspoon hot sauce 1 cup tomato ketchup Salad leaves Method Place onion, garlic, lime juice, salt, pepper, hot sauce and ketchup in a bowl. Add the prawns and mix well. Add chopped coriander. Serve on a bed of salad. Serves 4
