Prawn Chill and Tomato Zucchini Pasta
  • 18-24 cooked Crystal Bay Prawns®, peeled
  • 30ml olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small red chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 tin chopped tomatoes with basil
  • 4 medium zucchinis
  • Salt to season
  • Method

    Heat and grease a frying pan with oil.

    Add onion, tomatoes, chilli and cook until soft. Season to taste.

    Add prawns and allow to heat through.

    Use a vegetable peeler or spiralizer to make zucchini ‘pasta’.

    Add the zucchini pasta and cook for two minutes until just soft.

    Serve hot.
