Seafarm is one of the largest prawn farming operations in Australia and one of the largest employers in the Cardwell shire employing up to 100 people at a time at its various localities.
The types of positions required to run a large scale aquaculture venture are wide and varied, involving management, administrative staff as well as technical staff such as water quality technicians, hatchery technicians and farm technicians.
There are also significant numbers of casual staff needed to process our product throughout the production cycle.
